Rudra Pandey is the founding chairman of Deerwalk Auto Services. He is also the founder of Deerhold, a software solutions healthcare company. Prior to founding Deerhold, Rudra founded Deerwalk, Inc., serving as CEO for the company’s first five years and later as executive chairman until Deerwalk was acquired by Cedar Gate Technologies in 2020. He founded Deerwalk Institute of Technology in 2011, Nepal's premier Computer Science college, and serves as chair. He has extensive consulting experience, having worked for several prestigious financial institutions and healthcare organizations.

Surendra, the Chairman of Board of Directors of DAS, is a freelance consultant at Deerwalk group of companies. He completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1990 from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus and his Masters in Hydraulic Engineering in 2001 from IHE, Delft, The Netherlands. He served Deerwalk College as a campus chief from 2011 and retired in 2020. With his ample management and academic experience, he served D2Hawkeye, a well-renowned software company, from 2003 to 2011. Before D2Hawkeye he worked in Pulchowk Campus (1990- 1995) as a lecturer and Engineer in the Department of Irrigation, Nepal Government (1995-2003). Surendra has ample experience in Management that he acquired from various types of organizations during his tenure of service in the last 30 years. He has proven his leadership quality in various sectors he served in the past. He has the experience to change the startup business into a grand successful organization. He is a person with “down-to-earth” qualities. He knows how to handle difficult situations in organizations.

Dave is a go-getter. He is an MBA from Kathmandu University and Mechanical Engineer from Pulchowk Campus. Having worked over a decade in Projects and Building Systems Design and Operation, he is now with Deerwalk Auto to take this company forward. He knows operation and process optimization to turn the Deerwalk Auto venture into greater success.
